Avengers: Endgame is a hugely satisfying blockbuster and an impressive conclusion to the MCU’s first major era. The emotional moments land because the movie has so much history behind it, and the final act delivers the kind of crowd-pleasing spectacle Marvel fans were hoping for. It is long, and some sections work better than others, but the highs are massive. As a finale, it delivers heart, scale, nostalgia, and payoff in a way few franchise films ever manage.
