Minions & Monsters is a fun, easygoing animated movie that knows exactly what it's trying to be. The comedy lands more often than not, the animation is polished, and the characters are likable enough to keep the adventure moving. While the story follows a familiar formula and doesn't break much new ground, it delivers enough laughs, heart, and entertainment to make it a solid family movie that's worth the watch.
