Supergirl has flashes of fun and delivers a handful of entertaining action sequences, but it never fully finds its footing. The visuals are strong, and the lead performance shows promise, yet the story feels uneven and several characters aren't given enough depth to make the emotional moments land. It's a watchable superhero film, but one that falls short of its potential.
